When not in dry dock or on maneuvers
Task Group Bravo destroyers were usually moored at South Dock, Melville, RI
Pier 1 or 2
Remember those "Gedonk Wagons" and the "Grinders"
I lived on those "Grinders" while in port providing I had money in my pocket to buy them...
